Official tasting notes: The palate is fine and tight with intense white peach, lemon curd and cashew flavours and an attractive chalky mouthfeel. The intense fruit is supported by vibrant acidity and high quality integrated oak. The wine has great length of flavour and demonstrates all the requirements for ageing.
Adam's 2 cents: This is a great expression of a Margaret River Chard. The tasting notes are actually spot-on. It's a slightly old-school chardonnay with a little malo fermentation and a hint of oakiness.
Enjoy with or without food.
